Our Development Methodology
1. Inception & Requirements
We begin by making sure we understand exactly your needs. We will meet with
project champions, project sponsors and users to fully understand what each
stakeholder wants to achieve. We gather artifacts and analyze any existing
manual or automated systems. Then we work together to clarify functionality,
deliverables and define the project scope.
2. Elaboration
This second phase involves defining use-cases, understanding your IT
environment, producing prototypes and mock-ups, and getting the green light from
you to move forward.
3. Construction
Now we move into actual construction of the application. We use an iterative
approach and endeavour to deliver code to you each and every week. This way we
get your feedback and stay on course to ensure you are getting exactly what you
need from functionality to the cosmetic interface.
4. Transition
The transition phase moves the application from our development environment and
we install it in yours, do team and user testing, train your folks, provide you
with documentation and initial support until you are ready to take over.
