The "dashboard" connects directly to the Remedy database and displays information directly from the database onto the web-site.
The key advantage to users is real-time access to the data in the Remedy database in a form that is easy to use and manipulate, without consuming valuable Remedy licenses, or requiring Remedy skills to create.

Our process is to work with the client to understand the reporting requirements, and then provide the reporting via the web-interfaces.

The Pivot-table interface allows very powerful reporting with a few clicks of the mouse.
