What do we look for? With these attributes, we believe people can learn anything and provide "FBC service" to our clients. Experienced (senior) First Breakers will have all the aforementioned characteristics, and more, including: providing excellent service and value at all times; maintaining constant integrity; holding a high standard of ethics; dependable; advanced technical skills; leadership ability; and a positive influence on both the FBC team and the Customers' team.
